1. Who you are dealing with
Resume For Actors (resumeforactors.com) is operated by Web For Actors. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. What you are buying
A one-time payment of $10 gives you a lifetime account: unlimited acting resumes, every resume template on the site including ones added later, PDF and Word export, and the business card generator. There is no recurring charge. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Premium Web For Actors members have the same access at no additional charge for as long as their Web For Actors membership is active.
3. Refunds
If the product does not do what you expected, email support@webforactors.com within 30 days and we will refund the payment in full. We do not require a reason.
4. Your content
Your credits, training history, photographs and everything else you enter remain yours. We do not sell them, publish them without your action, or use them to train anything. You can export your resumes at any time and can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support.
A resume you choose to share via its public link is, by definition, publicly reachable by anyone holding that link. Do not put a home address or anything else on it that you would not staple to a headshot.
5. Accuracy
You are responsible for what your resume says. We format the information you give us; we do not verify credits, training or union status.
6. Acceptable use
One account per person. Do not use the site to impersonate someone else, to publish anything unlawful, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does, and will refund any unused portion where a refund is due.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee it. Keep your own copy of anything you rely on — that is what the PDF and Word exports are for.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date before they take effect. Your lifetime access is not something a later change can take away.
